IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR TICKET HOLDERS

Times: 

10am - 4pm

Tickets:

Please ensure that you bring your tickets on the day. Your tickets can be printed, although we would encourage you to save paper, and make them clearly accessible on your mobile. 

Venue Parking:

There is clearly signposted parking at Hotel Rudyard.

Food & Drink:

Only food purchased at Hotel Rudyard can be consumed on-site. Should you wish to bring a picnic, there are picnic tables a short walk away at the lake. As long as you keep your wristband, you can re-enter the festival at any time.

Cancellations and refunds:

Tickets are non-refundable if the event occurred as planned. In the event that the ZenCloud Festival is cancelled, you will receive a full refund. 

Safeguarding:

Children remain the full responsibility of their adult carers while at the festival, and we cannot take responsibility for supervision of your children. Please be aware that there will be craft activities on site involving paint, glue, and small parts.

All guests will be issued with wristbands. We encourage you to write your emergency contact details on the bands of any children or vulnerable people in your care.

Wristbands will be colour coded to denote ‘consent’ or ‘no consent given’ for public photographs. We ask that all our guests respect this, and refrain from posting photographs with ‘no consent’ wristband wearers to social media.

Accessibility:

Most of the Hotel and grounds are wheelchair friendly. A small number of activities will be taking place on a lower field with slopes and some uneven ground.

Personal data:

Your personal data will be treated in strict confidence. Tickets sales are managed by Skiddle. Their Privacy Policy is available on their website.
