Our individual emotional wellness journeys are as unique as we are.
For some, physical movement is at the core of their self-nurture. They might hit the gym, pound the pavements, walk the dog, or shake it out at a dance class.
For others, it means the proactive learning of wellness skills to calm an overactive mind, stimulate the emotional regulation centres of the brain, improve sleep, and gently connect to their bodily sensations.
Others still seek calmness and hopefulness through focused activity, such as time in nature, absorption in mindful arts and creativity, or through community connection.
At ZenCloud, we hope that you will revisit some of your favourite creativity and wellness tools, and perhaps sample some you have never tried before. All our artists and practitioners are local, and will be able to guide you to apply their practices into your daily life. Our rolling programme means that you can sample as many or as few ideas as you wish, all covered by your ticket price.

Join Sean for a deeply immersive, relaxing, and cleansing Gong and Sound Bath.
A Gong Bath is an ancient type of sound therapy which has been practiced for thousands of years.
The term ‘bath’ signifies being bathed in sound waves; there’s no water or touching involved.
Fully clothed, you lay comfortably on a yoga mat during the session, to be cocooned in a sonic immersion.
Sean will take you on a magical journey of imagination and dreams, opening your mind to a universe of opportunities.
Join Sean as we listen to his words, a gentle hum, and the beat of his drum.
Together we will hear, and experience, the beating of Mother Earth's heart.
This is an authentic, powerful, and deeply spiritual meditation.
When we hum, or connect with humming, we activate the parasympathetic nervous system, triggering a deep relaxation response.
This form of meditation can reduce unproductive thinking and negativity, and soothe fear and worry.
Let Julie be your guide as we Circle, creating a deep connection with ourselves, each other, and every living thing.
As we, ourselves, are nature, we will connect through meditation with the animal and plant world, inspired by the Summer Solstice.
Calling in the directions, we acknowledge, welcome, and thank, the universal energies associated with each direction, and the five major elements of Fire, Water, Air, Earth, and Spirit.
Julie will take you on a wondrous journey through your energy centres.
Our Chakras are responsible for the wellbeing of our physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual selves.
This beautifully relaxing and cleansing meditation will ask you to check in with each Chakra in turn, noticing how they perform, and leaving them bright, balanced, and spinning freely.
As we weave our way from Crown to Root, you will feel your whole self become lighter and more energised.
As you balance the mind, body, and soul, you will leave with a deep warm feeling of harmony, peace, and love.
Julie will introduce you to the amazing healing world of crystals.
This lovely workshop includes many topics regarding this powerful healing energy, including:
The ancient practice of Qigong (pronounced chee-gung) is used to improve wellbeing, reduce stress, manage anxiety, and reduce blood pressure.
Qigong is an inclusive, easy-to-follow moving meditation, similar in appearance to Tai Chi, and can be practiced virtually anywhere to suit any lifestyle.
Lindsay, of Three Treasures Qigong, is bringing taster sessions to our rolling programme of wellness activities.
Paula Charnley, of Embodied Transformation, will introduce you to ‘Focusing’.
She’ll guide you in tuning-in to your ‘Felt Sense’ of a situation or a physical symptom. It might be a decision about your life path, difficulty in a relationship, a frozen shoulder, or simply what wants to be noticed in this moment.
This skill of inner listening encourages us to pause, turn towards and simply stay with all the parts or strands that are there. When we connect with the Felt Sense, we gain insight, and profound changes can happen.
Experience Soft Touch Therapy with Tracy of Mindful Moments Holistic Care.
Soft Touch Therapy has its origins in oncology, and is beneficial as a general wellbeing technique for anyone who finds deep tissue massage uncomfortable. It's especially helpful for sufferers of chronic pain conditions, and can induce a state of deep relaxation.
Learn more about this wonderfully soothing wellness tool, which can help with sleep difficulties and the management of low mood and anxiety.
Stress is progressive. If untreated we can start to feel overwhelmed, exhausted, and can become susceptible to illness.
Reflexology is a wonderful way to relax and alleviate everyday stress and tension.
Victoria is a clinical reflexologist qualified in a range of specialisms, including Enhancing Fertility and Maternity Reflexology, Adapting Reflexology for Cancer and Palliative Care, and NeuroEndoPsychoImmunoPody (NEPIP).
Join Victoria, as she gently guides you through some basic reflexology techniques that you can use at home, to add to your emotional toolkit.
We all struggle to sleep from time to time.
Many of us find that our sleep quality is the first thing to suffer during periods of stress. We can then get into a negative sleep-stress cycle, where worry about lack of sleep adds to the problem.
Whether you live with long-term sleep difficulties, or just want to learn more about how to manage poor sleep episodes, join Claire from SeaGlass Wellbeing.
She will be at ZenCloud to explain the science of sleep, and teach techniques to help you get a good night’s rest.
Emotional Freedom Technique, or Tapping, is a talking therapy which involves the gentle touching or tapping of acupoints on the face and hands whilst ‘tuning in' to an issue.
EFT is non-invasive and requires no special equipment. It can be used effectively as a self-help treatment, which you will be able to do at home after a short workshop.
Join Laura, of Laura Heath Wellbeing, to be guided through how to use this powerful and empowering self-care practice. She will teach you techniques to release stress, relieve anxieties, and address negative beliefs and emotions.
